Who do you get the o ring kit from.

It’s made of iron so soaking in caustic soda (lye) solution is a great way to clean cruddy grease and paint. Wash off with warm water. Main shaft oil seals should be replaced. This means removing the main shaft. You must remove the spring and TWO plungers. The longer one sits towards the snap ring. You will need fine circlip pliers to remove that 8mm x 0.75mm clip. Main shaft oil seals are awkward to remove. Drill a 2mm hole into the seal backing metal, screw in a fine wood screw. Hold the pump body in a bench vice with soft jaws and use a claw hammer to lever them out. New seals fit front to front to stop diesel and engine oils mixing. Take care pressing them in. They rock sideways all too easily. Pack with grease before refitting the shaft and wrap the shaft end with PTFE tape to protect the seals.

With fully comprehensive insurance, I have the entire mirror treated except for the glass. I will solder the cables myself on the right side.

Mine turns on while lock and unlock, but not during indicating. Is there a relay? Does it have different wires for indicating and lock and unlock?
